Europeans have what type of people? The Anglo Saxons worshipped many gods before becoming christian. The days of the week in English speaking countries like mine are named after some of them. Sunna's day is Sunday, Mani's day is Monday, Tiw's day is Tuesday, Woden's day is Wednesday, Thunor or Thor's day is Thursday, Figga's day is Friday, and for some reason the Roman god Saturn is Saturday. There were also gods like Seaxneat, Freo and other gods. The post is about norse becoming christian, an historical event. However, if germanaic war has to do something with this, then, yeah, it can be brought as part of discussion. And the issue is rather cultural , not genetic. Nations are created by cultural unity, not by blood lines. |
