Yarovaya law don't persecute Christians..this is American political propaganda whose aim is to blacken Putin's of radiance. Russian neoprotestants always, I see it on the Internet..the problem is possible for foreign agents who may be trolls from The state Department, so they need to be found before they appear. In Ukraine, too liberal attitude towards such preachers as a result, they took part in the coup in Ukraine, and then in military operations in the East of the country.

I agree with the idea behind the law. You got Orthodox Christian church in Russia, thus if you want to be Christian you can join that community. No need for further fragmentation of already fragmented Christian religion. Besides Russia doesn't need its own Westboro Baptist church

Besides Russia doesn't need its own Westboro Baptist church I do not support the side of such a law, especially since I am not from Russia...but I understand that this law was passed against Russian liberals supported by the state Department! Russia is a secular state with freedom of all religions+I have not noticed that Russian Protestants complain about this law. They preach their conception of the Bible freely. The problem is that some Americans do not understand, and for American politicians it is a reason for sanctions when in their ' free' country psychos freely shoot Baptist churches. P.S About American Evangelical preachers. It is usually such a people as Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar and other people. In America, they exist freely because of the rule of liberalism in the state.

In America, they exist freely because of the rule of liberalism in the state. It’s not so black and white. Why punish the masses for the actions of a few? What if I went there as a missionary? I’m not liberal at all and I don’t work for the US government. I’m now not allowed to go there and preach because of Putin’s blanket law(I’m sure you don’t mind that though). You don’t see complaining from Russian Protestants because they’re from Russia, the law is against foreigners. You do know that there is more violence in russia than in America, right? The US has more guns but Russia has more murders. Those preachers exist because of the 1st amendment in our constitution. We have freedom of speech here which allows Christianity to exist here to begin with and I thank God for that. Otherwise, we have a state religion where mommy government gets to decide what is good for you and what isn’t. Pick your poison.

I am not certain if living beings have freedom to make a choice. The so called "freedom of choice" is just a supposition coined in USA.

You do know that there is more violence in russia than in America, right? The US has more guns but Russia has more murders. You probably live on another planet Mister! www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=167ae6a2bb104ec7add07f8bf1df4a07If you are not an agent and do not work neocons you have nothing to fear! What kind of preachers suffered from this law? Sergei Zhuravlyov, a Ukrainian Reformed Orthodox Church of Christ representative, was arrested for engaging in preaching in St. Petersburg; and Ebenezer Tuah of Ghana, the leader of the Christ Embassy church, was arrested and fined 50,000 rubles for conducting baptisms at a sanatorium.[22]
On 9 July 2016, Jim Mulcahy, a 72-year-old American pastor who is the Eastern European coordinator for the U.S.-based Metropolitan Community Church, was arrested and deported under the prohibition of missionary activities at non-religious sites, after advertising and holding a "tea party" in Samara with an LGBT group. Authorities had targeted Mulcahy under suspicions that he was planning to organize a same-sex wedding.
What you call Religious freedom is liberalism. So the Church of Satan exists in your state! This Russian man in search of God came to the Protestant community and studied Protestant preaching courses! All the arguments the validity of Protestantism trained there leading examples with Catholicism. Not a word about other Christians. Like Protestantism and Catholicism(Pope) 2 main faiths. For me from the point of view of the historian man it is absurd. This is a typical Western misconception that is based on Western propaganda techniques. What does this mean for Russia? For Russia, the state with 1000 history, which has always been an Orthodox State, it means a substitution of values. Where were your Baptist preachers in the 9th century when Prince Vladimir baptized Russia? Where were you in the era of the Tatar-Mongol invasion of in the era of Western crusaders who went to Russia to preach the faith in the Pope? The Orthodox Church has the experience of great evangelists who preached even to native Americans, whose experience of piety and humility is not available to American missionaries. Do you know who before the events of 1917 had have the largest number of preachers in the world? Do you know when Protestantism became popular in Russia(in Ukraine too) in the era of Leninist persecution of the Orthodox Church. When the Church was forbidden to preach outside the temple emerged as a result of the movement of Stundists (Slavic evangelicals). In the era of Russian liberalism there were similar currents Molokans and others. Christ said I'm with you all the days till the end of the age. Amen! Mf. 28: 20.
He didn't tell us that he would come in Luther's time or in the 21st century in our time. He said he'd be with the Church all the Time! What about the popularity of various neo-Protestant teachers Scripture says about this: 3For the time will come when sound doctrine will not, but after their own lusts will choose their teachers, who have flattered ears; 4 and from the truth turn away their ears and turn aside to myths. The second message to Timothy Chapter 4: 3 On this forum there is themes which have relations to this subject: arktos.boards.net/thread/2457/america-cause-world-todayarktos.boards.net/thread/123/warmonger-police-statearktos.boards.net/thread/140/wests-quest-save-world-degeneracy?page=1&scrollTo=595Applies to you personally, it makes me that you are subjected to stereotypical Western views. This is evident by the fact that you write.

Are you worried about the Russian Protestants? Why?I have a strong argument that they won't agree with you..for example some of them baptism is Triple dive. There are other differences. The main enemy of the Protestant other Protestant! It started with Luther and Calvin. As Ecclesiastes used to say, there's nothing new under heaven. The bottom work Russians neo-Protestant then attacked with each other like their American colleagues.

So Putin made these stupid and discriminating laws?
The law entails:
Foreign guests are not permitted to speak in churches unless they have a "work permit" from Russian authorities If a friend or relative from outside Russia wishes to share his/her faith in your home the guest will be fined and expelled from Russia. Any discussion of God with non-believers is considered missionary activity and will be punishable. Missionary activity will be permitted by special government permission. Example: If one traveling on a train shares his faith without written permission the offender will be taken into police custody for the duration of the journey and will be fined 50,000 rubles ($1,000). Offenders from the age of 14-years-old will be subject to prosecution Religious activity is no longer permitted in private homes. Most churches in Russia meet in homes. Every citizen is obligated to report religious activity of neighbors to the authorities. Failure to be an informant is punishable by law. One may pray and read the Bible at home but not in the presence of a non-believing person. You will be breaking the law and be punished. If the church has purchased property it cannot be converted into a place of worship. In church buildings, it is not permitted to invite people to turn to God. Worship services are permitted but making a non-believer a follower of Christ is against the law.
Putin needs to be removed as president. He's evil!

I wrote above that the prohibition was otkrovennymi heretics or you defend heretics? Is it your position to protect outspoken heretics like the Mormons?

I am not sure it can be argued Putin is against religious worship or evangelism in the respect, as far as I understand, he was working on laws to protect church property (the pussy riot incident comes to mind) and was, if my sources and memory are true, working on restricting pornography.

Come to terms with it! Yes, Putin is against Christianity and people being saved. That's why he said no more preaching to nonbelievers. I would remove him as president right now if I could!
