My attitude towards Islam is one of a Biblical standpoint; Muslims do not believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Bible tells us exactly what those people are who don't believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
1 John 2:22-23 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
1 John 4:2-3 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2 John 1:7 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
Islam is an antichrist religion.

The Qur'an, says much the same things as the bible. I know some muslism, they're nice people, it's really not the religion that's the problem. It's certain people, certain places. Extremists do not speak for the majority, millions of people walked in protest - muslisms - about how media is portraying islam as a whole; as if it's all like that. I think that too many people go straight off what general media shows. The difference is, the Bible can and HAS been revised and watered down to a less extreme state. The Quran has not. (non-religious)

I'm not favorable to the religion of Islam. However one must separate Islam from Muslims. Muslims are to be judged on an individual basis. However the culture that this religion creates tends to create terrible people, sad but true.

My personal opinion is not yet determined about this, because some people can not correctly understand the Bible (for example, Judaism)

My personal opinion is not yet determined about this, because some people can not correctly understand the Bible (for example, Judaism) Rather by the interpretation of the Quran provided by certain scholars with specific agenda. And not every Muslim have read the Quran or hadiths, some of them can get manipulated by a guy with a title who will say "for every killed Christian you get a bonus point to your good deeds and Allah will be happy". Sadly, they will not hear from him that one of Muhammad's buddies was a Christian monk. Islam itself is not bad, but various people have different vision of it. Surprisingly, those who critisize it the most base their opinion on some group of people who happen to be Muslims. It's like I'd say that Christianity is evil because some priests are corrupted, live in luxuries, some are pedophiles and so on.

As far as I know Kazakhstan wanted to ban extremist sects of Islam (salafism, wahabbism) so rather interpretations of the Quran, not the Quran itself. I can't find any information about banning parts of Quran.

To be honest, I hoped for an understandable source. In the meaning of understandable? This is all the information that can now be found .. This does not cancel the fact of what happened, but information can be translated on the Internet!
