Can a person be born wise? Can a person be born with natural inclinations to certain things? Wise to whom exactly? Others? The self?

Hell, this question is good.
I guess that it's not impossible (because, why not? Nobody knows what's gonna happen tomorrow), however for a person it's better to be born wise, but along with it, I doubt that that person must reveal its talents on public. (Who knows how many envies he may get.)
Anyway, even the most wise doesn't know details (or else, that person knows everything), and as some says 'devil hides in details'. Anyone can make a wrong step. Even saying a peculiar word to a peculiar person in a certain time is possible to become a war between you and him.

Its clear that some beings are more aware of what this world entails. Some stumble blindly into causing all sorts of problems for others. Some lose everything just trying to prevent those disasters.
Reincarnation may be tricky to prove in a world that cares nothing for logic.
But even observing animals like cats and dogs and horses, its clear that some are just clueless from the start.
But then given the fact of the immortality of the soul, should it matter if we die?
Ah, but bringing others into disasters of a life not worth living, that is commonplace.

Some people are wired to have more sense than others. When these people experience life, they develop wisdom better than others. So, I don't think a person can be born wise but I think that some people are born with a more innate easier time acquiring wisdom than others.

Thanks for the interesting responses everyone. Not sure if there is a "right or wrong" answer. I probably should have provided a definition of wisdom for this thought exercise. Cheers!

It depends on how you define wisdom. But in general, can someone be born able to walk, for example? For me within the realms of ordinary humanity, one may be born with greater potential of wisdom than other people. Outside of ordinary humanity, Wisdom Himself has been born on this earth and walked among us.
