So, I am very sorry if my question is kinda simple or something. I remember that was a movie "The 12th Monkeys". It was a tough one to get it straightly for me. Yes, you have to see the movie to get what it means, but simply put there is weird interdimensional time-travel happening, paranormal stuff, and when the guy tries to explain himself they lock him in the looneybin, but his nonsensical gibberish actually made perfect sense from his perspective.
I saw it quite a while back. But it shows us to not jump to conclusions too quickly. Then again it could also be seen to be condoning psychotic behavior if you reject his narrative.
An even better example might be
the movie "Sucker Punch".
