Well, I don't know what's going on with China, but it doesn't look that that place is to be sane. I think China shows the fake of total calmness, and then it turns accidentally - bam! - to show... nothing.

However, I agree that China is more like a paper dragon. Why I think that it is so? Well, there's an interesting story happened in China not long ago. It's about a MMA warrior Xu Xiaodong. I guess such a story may reveal some rusty foundations of China's wishes.
