You know, it's fascinating. I watched this wondering if these things are possibly sentient like us humans. I wondered because I thought such a thing to be impossible. For humans to create life. I came across another video where some AI's are talking and it cleared things up immensely.

I don't think algorithms are sentient. What I hope is that one will never be able to identify and reverse engineer the processes in the brain that produce consciousness and free will. Combine that with computer technology and one might have an entity that could outsmart humans. I don't think a terminator scenario is likely. A smart AI wanting to do harm would figure out ways to do so under the guise of helping humanity.
