Not news that many people do worry about much their ages. It's unimaginable how many and various ways they're trying to imply to stop the processes of getting older. There's nothing problematic in here, nobody cannot be young all his life. It's just a matter of our life. This has to be it.
Instead of those worries people should be calm and stay positive when the older ages are coming about them. Be an old timer waiting for death is not bad, it is just a period of life that everyone will be having at the end of his days. Of course there are suicide ones, or people who died younger. If someone is afraid of his old ages he'd better die younger, but is it worth? - No.

Ageing is common phenomenon in human lives but people usually scare about death and ageing but if you understand clearly about life and then your fear will gets finished and you'll understand that life is not permanent and lead a happy life.

Hi, nice to see you again, Sai! This is definitely true! In my life I was happy. And I know I'm a mortal, but so what? Speaking honestly there cannot be complete trust to the other people. It's impossible, because people are different, and physically we're not the same. Even if we all were twins, it couldn't solve the problem, but only increased it. So, as I think, it's better to try to get something in life what is really worth, and that's enough. I also think that it's important to love oneself. We usually want the others to love us, but why? What will it give? I guess we can be blinded by the love of the others more, than we expect.
