There is nothing in reality which shows a complete equality thus equivocation must occur through a medial shared property. Even the statement (2+1)=(1+1+1) observes two sets in the first expression and three in the second. They both equate through the medial term of 3 even though they are different sets. Dually using the example of bats and dogs: bat are animals and dogs are animals thus both dogs and bats eat; while the bat may fly and the dog may not fly they both equate as animals given an animal may fly or may not fly (the dog flying because it is equal to the bat, and the bat flies, does not occur given an animal may fly or not fly). Bats are equal to dogs in the respect both are animals yet even in this equality both the bat and the dog are not the same.
Even the statement 1=1 observes each 1 as existing in a different time and space thus each 1 or 1=1 is distinctly different; they both share 1 even though both 1s are different (a 1 may equate to a bird and another to a cow or 1 may equate to a bird in x time and space and another 1 may equate to a bird in y time and space). Thus even in equivocation total equivocation does not occur. Given 1=1 implies total equivocation this points to a multiplicity of 1s thus individual distinctness of the 1s in time and space due to multiple positions. Thus even in total equivocation equivocation does not occur.
Equivocation occurs in grades at best and as grades maintains the property of both existing and not-existing.

Aristotle made lots on the mediators. Almost all of his Analytics the first was about it.
I don't think there are mediators. If they were, there would be forms or ideas. Since there are no forms or ideas, there are no mediators. The equality is just an illision.
I believe the illusions are possible. People used to think the Sun went round the Earth. People thought in the ancient times the Earth was flat. Today there are dozens of illusions in which people believe.
In the reality there are no forms or ideas, whereas the illusions itself are the forms and the ideas.

In the reality there are no forms or ideas, whereas the illusions itself are the forms and the ideas. 1. The movement from point A to point B requires a series of points which mediate from point A to point B. 2. In an infinite chain of movements there is always one set of movements between two points thus a mediator occurs. 3. "The sun revolves around the earth"/"the earth is flat" are all relative points of measurements. A fixed positioned is pointed to (i.e. the earth/ground one is standing on) and measurements are taken from this fixed point. Because any fixed point can be observed, due to the nature of relativity, all surrounding contexts are an extension of said fixed point of measurement therefore making a large number of truths. If the earth is viewed as a fixed point then the sun does move around the earth; in a 2d universe the earth is flat and depth is just a change in 2d images. 4. To negate forms/ideas one must first point to forms/ideas therefore resulting in their existence.

In the first case "the movement is eternal - is stable", hence it is discrete, the second declares the discreetness. Therefore, not all the processes are like you've written.

In the total chain of being, which is eternal given only being exists, each link as part of the chain is eternal given it always exists as a connector, ie a "part". The whole is defined through the parts, and if the whole is eternal the parts are eternal. Flipping this around, if the parts share the same qualities of the whole from which they are derived then the parts are eternal if the whole is eternal. To delve into this further the grand totality of being necessitates all as existing in one moment, if all exists in one moment, then each relative part exists within this one moment. This one moment is eternal as it is all that there is.

If you're saying the false dichotomy your example is not dichotomy at all. s = (a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, b, b, b, b, b, b, b, b, b, b, b) you can use dichotomy in this way: 1) x has y, or x doesn't have y if x is s, and y is a, then s has a, or s doesn't have a. 2) x is y, or x isn't y if x is s, and y is a, then s isn't a, or s is a. 3) if x is movement, and y is eternal, then movement is eternal, or movements isn't eternal. Dichotomy is correct. I didn't understand anything what you said about your version. Just couldn't.

From a single moment where all exists in a single summation as the aforementioned single moment, past/present/future connected, all being is eternal as only being exists. Only being exists and because only being exists being is eternal as "it only existing" necessitates no beginning or end.
