The entire paradigm of genetics is a fraud,
same with most of medicine and biology,
so the only way to genuinely do this sort
of thing would be to first expose and
prosecute fraudulent academia in every
department, just about.

That would entail a functional justice
system, which itself is so far away from
the way the world currently is. Thus you
need to get a solid ethical foundation
and a reasonable economic system in place
as a platform to begin with.

Its like a toddler just learning to walk
playing with airplanes and wishing he
could fly like a bird.

There still has to be a radical and fairly
destructive overhaul of the world before
any such process can begin.

So, start with basic ethics, and basic math.
My thesis is that the first proper step is
that people need to be clear that Einstein
is a charlatan. If you do not understand
that with absolute clarity, then baby
just had another boo-boo.
