If reality is an illusion and there is only nothing then no truth exists and this is a truth thus resulting in a contradiction which exists.

Illusions can be at least two types: changing or stall. The first one – is what you've said, and the other one just cannot be reached no matter how hard you try to do it (it's without human limits).

You are assuming the limits of all of existence and categorizing all of existence into two simple options ... A bit limited and simplistic don't you think?

You are assuming the limits of all of existence and categorizing all of existence into two simple options ... A bit limited and simplistic don't you think? The manifestation of any observation is the manifestation of a dualism given the object being observe exists in contrast to its surrounding context. There is the thing being observed and the contrasting context which is not the thing. The manifestation of the observed phenomenon and the contrasting context, which is not the phenomenon, exists as a dualism. Dualism exists at the heart of any observation.
