This topic is important to me. To clarify it, I will give the following example: a person behaves in an inappropriate way and it seems that he is incorrigible. In fact, hopes that this person will change for the better melt like ice every day.
The Bible contains an example of a righteous thief who at the end of his life was corrected through repentance.
The question is: is it worth hoping that a person will correct himself if he behaves as if by him you would not say that he would ever improve?

Yes, this is the very essence of Christianity, that Christ can redeem anyone. As an example below is a video of the testimony of a diagnosed psychopath who came to Christ and is now a Christian apologist.

But, has he stopped being a psychopath? Is there a test for non-psychopathology?

But, has he stopped being a psychopath? Is there a test for non-psychopathology? Nah, he's still a psychopath, but he uses the moral teachings of Christianity to cope with it and live a normal moral life. Kind of like a substitute conscience.
