I think I got this covered. I want to do the same thing but it's challenging. How do you manage your "eat less" program? I keep myself too busy to eat too much. Sometimes I tell myself to save the yummy food for later so it doesn't run out too fast. If those don't work for you then pretend you've a shortage of food that needs to last as long as possible or you'd die! Kinda like the people did in the Enter Nowhere movie. They had like a bag of seeds and some water for 3 adults ...
