If you just want the result, the study found that used out of the box, Brave "is by far the most private of the browsers studied" followed by Chrome, Firefox and Safari. As I've mentioned before, I'm using Brave on my laptop which uses Windows 8.1, but I wasn't aware of that it was the most secure.
