Surely, I understand that 'trolling' may vary. It may have more or less appearance, and so on. I took 'trolling' in general as it had been using in many forums.
Another question is - what corresponds in Holy Scriptures to 'trolling'? Is there anything that Bible says about it?

greatestiamThats an easy question to answer. God is most moral obviously. The concept that you can't wrap your heart around is God has the authority to take life as He deems appropriate. Women do not have the authority to do so. You reject God's authority, and nothing I can say can persuade you because the problem isn't in your head, but rather in your heart and I can't argue with my head in order to change your heart. This is my last communication to you. I'm not even going to respond to the video you posted in the other thread. You can go ahead and have the last word if you want, I'll let you have it, but as for me I'm done arguing with you. Even though you may reject my prayers I'll still be praying for you whether you like it or not.

This conversation is kind of stupid. In ancient biblical times in the Near East terms like "we left no children or animal alive," was a boast that you defeated your enemy in battle. It's like saying in a football match that the Patriots annihilated the Steelers. The Patriots didn't actually annihilate the Steelers, they beat them at a football game. Often people read the Bible without any reference to the culture it's embedded in and completely miss the point.
The Israelites, the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Canaanites, everybody in that general area used this commonly echoed turn of phrase about killing all of the children and the animals and that no person was left alive. There are Egyptian hieroglyphics boasting about all the nations where they've killed everyone even the women and children and animals and those nations were not genocided just militarily defeated. This is a misunderstanding of an ancient culture.
Go to 10:10 in the video below to see what i'm talking about.

Another question is - what corresponds in Holy Scriptures to 'trolling'? Is there anything that Bible says about it? Without a clear example of what we are talking about when we say trolling, your question cannot be answered. Was Satan or the talking serpent trolling when she told A & E the truth of Yahweh wanting to keep man ignorant and without a moral sense? Trolling is defined as creating discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people by posting inflammatory or off-topic messages in an online community. Basically, a social media troll is someone who purposely says something controversial in order to get a rise out of other users. I do not like this definition because controversies are what we should be discussing in these places. Regards DL

If we took all the , off the wall, phrases out of scriptures, you would lose half the bible. Most of it is esoteric in nature while the less astute will read it literally. None of it should be read literally, yet the majority of Christians are literalists. That is not the brightest way to read it. Regards DL
