Brains of Girls and Boys Are Similar, Producing Equal Math Ability New research comprehensively examined the brain development of young boys and girls. Their research shows no gender difference in brain function or math ability. -- www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/11/191108074852.htm

I like this article. It shows how the two genders are equal. I always thought it was dumb for some people to say that a man's brain can handle math better than a woman's brain. Especially, since they told me it and math was my best and favorite subject!

It's not dumb to say that boys lean toward technical, machinery, and so on abilities where math, and physics, chemistry is required, because the history shows the different. Even after women got their rights the situation didn't wage so much.
The same abilities is nothing important to show us, because math is language, and girls always have been good in any language spheres comparingly to boys.
I've got two friends the math teachers. Discussing laziness of boys they told me what I'd been expected - boys were lazy, but as soon as they would take something - they did it much more good. Boys brains are more creative. Creativeness is not how can you measure your math or any other abilities. Creativity is the level of your ingenious; how can you leap through some difficulties, while girls are crying on that, 'cause girls are less strong than boys.

She is the only female to win the Fields, which is evidence that we should not invest any effort in getting girls to study math. That neglects the males who are good at it; use that time and money to enhance their motivation.

But...if you suggest to switch the roles and have women pursue careers and stuff while men sit at home with kids then it would be a good idea just a lot of men will cry at that.

Would it be the good idea to stop thinking Jesus as God, and start calling Devil as a son of light?.. I don't think so. The nature adopted it. So be it.

But that can't work with people because let's say the mom is a widow so then she must act both like the mom and the dad. She must work and be home with the kids at the same time. So at times a parent must take other roles to support their family. God is all powerful so for Him nothing will be a problem but people will have problems so people will have to adjust their life at times. :/

The truth is that men and women are not equal and think quite differently. Some women can do math but they do it differently from men, and women are incapable of making major innovations in math.

That's not true. Up to calc and stats I had male and female teachers and we're all taught same way to do the math. And if there is more than one way to do a math problem then teachers are supposed to show other ways in case a student doesn't understand it one way. At least that's how I was taught in my math for teachers classes when it comes to explaining math.

If you want to see masculine math, read Russian math books. For example: www.amazon.com/Elementary-Introduction-Theory-Probability-Mathematics/dp/0486601552Women are good at learning and applying procedures. Men are good at developing a map in their mind of concepts and then applying them. These are very different approaches.

First of all, there were many such hard situations (widows after their husbands died at war; divorces...) in past. Yes, they have demonstrated us that not everything is fine with that. However, there are some other ways to resolve it - to fall in love in second, third time; to marry on contract, or else. We can remember "Gone With the Wind" central protagonist who had been helped by her friends, relatives, etc in her life. If we start changing roles the situation might get even worse than it's now. Indeed, it's simpler to correct our present problems, then to deal with some new sets. Why should we make everything much more harder?

I'm slavic...I understood it there and here. I still don't see much of a difference.

Bible talks about that it's best for widows not to remarry...meaning God is ok with them playing multiple roles. It's not a sin and allows you to grow into being more prepared for life. Everything happens for a reason and we must trust God and accept the new changes life brings. And we must honor widows because of their new hard life. Honour widows that are widows indeed. 1 Timothy:5:3
