Didn't they exist at two very different times?

Well....this sentence stood out the most for me...
Akhenaten was a pharoah. The bible does a good job listing the names of pharoahs and Moses was never a pharoah. He came from a poor Hebrew family and was mostly poor all his life (meaning he didn't live like the pharoahs). At one time he even was adopted into a pharoah family because the daughter of a pharoah wanted to raise him. But when he grew up he rejected that life. He wanted to be like his Hebrew people. So he never became pharoah nor liked pharoah life. By these things mentioned in the bible, I don't think it can be Moses. He'd hate being pharoah.

I do not think that it is necessary to look for the historical Moses in the Egyptian Chronicles/mythologies. Because his personality was negative to the Egyptians as the personality of Jesus was to the Jews. All similarities with Egyptian historical pharaohs this likely plagiarism on the part of the Egyptians and the influence of the ancient Jewish religion.

It is possible, I have read of this idea in a few places. The given website was far too full of spam and pop-ups to bother with.
The idea as far as I recall centers on the origin of the concept of Monotheism. Moses came out of Egypt with this idea, and Akhnaten is also credited with doing away with polytheistic notions, and heralding the One God as personified with the Sun.
The original article as I recall had a fairly good explanation for how time frames needed to be re-arranged to make them fit into one another.

Bible never lists his name as a pharoah just lists all the other pharoahs. Last time Moses went through something he didn't like he killed a man as a result. I bet if he was forced to be pharoah bad things would happen too because he would hate being pharoah. He never liked pharoah people...
