Honestly it depends on how you want to use your Linux. There is no doubt that Linux Mint Cinnamon is great and amazing but read why some users prefer Manjaro:

I've switched from Mint to Manjaro, mainly because it offers later versions of drivers and software. I have a printer that I couldn't get to work properly in Linux Mint without making a passthrough to a Windows installation in Virtualbox. Even though neither Mint, nor Manjaro, had a driver for my model, in Manjaro newer drivers list allowed me to get the printer to work using a driver for a similar model. In Mint I got inferior prints.
