Documentary about 9 dead hikers in Ural Mountains

This case was reopened after 60 years. Seems people here say government was behind the deaths. This lady in the documentary seems a native or at least knows Russian like a native. I thought she'd need a translator because her name doesn't seem slavic but she's talking with the people in Russian with no problem.
