i had windows 10 which worked awesome but it got infected so i installed windows 7 and the windows 7 is lagging as hell can you help?

I'm using Windows 7/64 bit myself with no problems. If you ran a clean install on a formatted hard drive, and didn't accidentally install a 32 bit version, then I don't know why your computer is lagging.
