Too many people use that "Christian" label but I don't see any similarity between their thoughts and the teachings of Jesus. So does it mean many Christians follow their own made-up versions of Jesus and Christianity?

Those are the made up Christians with their made up Jesus/Christianity. Jesus didn't only say to love everybody but said it included enemies so He covered everyone.

God is no respecter of persons and He says we should be the same;
Proverbs 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.
Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
Ephesians 6:9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
Colossians 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
James 2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
James 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
1 Peter 1:17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
This simply means that with God it does not matter who you are, what your skin color is, what ethnicity you are, who your related to, how much money you have, if you're a free man or a slave, if you're a Jew, a Greek, an Ethiopian, an Asian, a man, a woman, a child, etc., if you believe on Him then you are a part of His family.

How they claim following Jesus when their thoughts have nothing to do with him? What's the point of calling themselves Christian when they're anything except Christian?

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.John 13:35 So Jesus said if we don't love one another then we cannot be His followers! He doesn't want such people as His own.

Christ died for the sins of the whole world, not for the sins of people of a certain race or ethnicity.

Today, the idea of neo-Protestantism is very popular.. this is religious fast food where there's no hamburger on the menu.. the Bible present. Typical of the American mentality

Those two want to be blocked from each other again it seems.
Anyway, but yeah Jesus wasn't racist because He came to save Jews and Gentiles.

No. the man of God cannot be Racialist. For the Lord said "Love your neighbour". If one holds negative prejudice against one's neighbour on account of the colour of the skin or the inherent culture of said neighbour. Then one is not loving one's neighbour and is therefore breaking the very moral code of God, the same moral code given to Moses at Sinai, during the days of the Exodus.

Do you agree that it extends to everything else not just color or culture? Like if they're old or young, male or female, those confused adults about if they're male or female, etc.?

Well, god said "love your neighbour" so yes, that extends to everyone, whether they are a Century in age, or we born 3 seconds ago, whether they are Male or Female, whether they are male and believe themselves to be female (or vice versa). They are still my neighbour and therefore I should still love them as the Bible says. For the Transgender, they may perceive my way of loving them to be "oppressive" and "Tyrannical" but I wish them God's speed in their treatment, but I will not say to the man with schizophrenia that that which he is falsely perceiving is truly there and therefore, I must not tell the gender dysphoric that he is the gender that he is not.
