I observe the environment around me, and the majority of past dates/relationships/etc. where either with previous co-workers, random meetings etc.
The truth is, as explained above, I am not going off of blind personal experience only. I talk with plenty of people about their lives, both men and women, about thier successes and problems and rather have gotten a generally strong picture regardless of where I go.
The dating sites are a joke, I am on mainly because it is the rational thing to be "open minded" and say "been there done that".
Having a relationship does not make one happy, nor does avoiding them either. But where relationships cease to exist, the energy must be put elsewhere. Work, hobbies, whatever. That is where the problem occurs, in a dual seperate respect, people don't do anything anymore.
Martial arts in youth...within 6 weeks was bruising the black belts and throwing them around with 50% success rate or 90% with stick fighting.
Paint Ball? Second time playing wiped out everyone including my whole team without getting shot once in 5 matches.
Writing? Half the people I deal with....how to word it... are retards and cannot comprehend the most basic of abstractions.
Work? Falsely accused for other people's mess ups, or either outwork my peers to such a point I take the place of 3 people...in which case everyone wants your head.
Weightlifting? Alot of personal records, even one which made an ironman claim I "was insane"...but quite a few serious injuries as a result.
Charity Work? Most homeless people want to talk to the pretty girls, and could give a shit less about the food you give them...they will get the food elsewhere....unless someone goes suicidal or has a mental breakdown then stuck with it.
Help fellow neighbors/relativies? All it is moving stupid shit they collected over the years because they decided it was wiser to have material wealth than children.
Normal Hanging out? Everyone is on facebook or watching television, rather than playing cards or camping or whatever.
Etc....I am bitching, but the stories go on...but the one constant is that people always look for the worst in you.
You Christians talk about the power of God's love and mercy...but in my experience it is not true....fear, anger, triumpth...these are the moral constants. What exists, and what has existed from the beginning, is primordial nothingness..."darkness"...in other words, and these things we learn not just from life but prayer and meditation as plenty dark nights of the soul, where the seeking of just a balance dignified human life has resulted in "nothing", and the prayers of tears and rage toward the creator from the genuine core of one's being has given proof (to me) about the nature of...."existence" and its terrifyingly raw boredom.

I am only a mortal man...nothingness in all actuality...a carpenter as of late...but one thing I have learned with searing clarity is that there is no peace nor mercy in this life...just varying degrees of brutality and emptiness that change according to the context of the human experience.
Entertain people, make them laugh, because humor points out to the absurdity of the human condition...an absurdity which ways itself down like a millstone of the human experience.

Okay there's your first problem. Seems like now that you aren't really "looking" for good women, but rather just letting whoever, the random woman, to come into your life and then getting pissed off because they weren't what you wanted.

Personal experience isn't blind, it's valuable. It is how a person grows, or is supposed to, depends on how they use their experiences. Some people never learn, some people learn but never apply what they learned, some learn and apply.
Asking other people about their experiences is good too, but you'd have to keep in mind the people you are asking, what kind of person each person is; if they're like unknown what do you think you're going to hear? If they're like Clovis what do you think you're going to hear?

I'm not here to put you or anyone else in a moral panic, or cause you, myself, or anyone else to get angry(although people getting angry is going to happen when you tell them they are wrong), or to win arguments... if that is what you are trying to say... Or you could be saying those three things are what you see as moral constants with people in general?
Love is, but not only, telling someone they are wrong and correcting them, whether or not they want to be corrected is up to them. If someone was carrying a box of goods so big they couldn't see over the top of it or around the sides of it and they were walking toward a cliff edge, would you say something? Or would let them walk off the cliff? God's mercy is Him, even though you were wrong and the things you did were worthy of death, forgiving you of your sins and giving you eternal life if you believe on Christ. His mercy also extents to Him letting us all have free will. With that being said, did any Christian here ever strip you of your free will? Or tell you that you're going to hell no matter what you do?
