There's a bunch going on in Africa that I can't name off the top of my head except for the civil wars in Somalia, South Sudan, Libya and the war going on in the CAR.
In Asia there's the civil wars of Yemen and Syria (and all the conflicts related to it), the insurgencies in Afghanistan, Myanmar, the Philippines and Kashmir.
I could go on and on but this post would be unnecessarily long. There's hundreds of wars going on around the globe, although they are much less deadly than the wars/conflicts from 5 decades ago.

The LRA is less of an army now and more of an armed gang spread out over 4 different countries. Perhaps recruiting children to fight wasn't the best of ideas.
