This is just flat out stupid... I haven’t trusted the US government for years, and this doesn’t help their case. returntonow.net/2018/05/30/frosted-flakes-healthier-than-avocados-fda/Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, Pop Tarts and Spaghetti-Os fit the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s current definition of “healthy” and are allowed to use the label in the marketing of their products. “Meanwhile avocados, almonds, eggs and salmon cannot be legally labeled as “healthy” because they contain too much fat.”

depends on who you are, avocados contains some compounds that may boost testosterone up to 250%, plus saturated fat which also boosts testosterone if testosterone is unnatural for your body as per gender that could lead to some serious problems im not buying into the whole cholesterol scare, cholesterol can turn both into testosterone and estrogen actually not getting saturated fat may seriously harm testosterone levels, which for men can lead to infertility - as the most obvious problem, obesity, low self esteem, muscle atrophy - whatever down the road of depression, and the FDA is against saturated fat? luckily appealing to authority is a logical fallacy.
