Source: More than half your body is not humanMore than half of your body is not human, say scientists. Human cells make up only 43% of the body's total cell count. The rest are microscopic colonists.
Understanding this hidden half of ourselves - our microbiome - is rapidly transforming understanding of diseases from allergy to Parkinson's. The field is even asking questions of what it means to be "human" and is leading to new innovative treatments as a result. "They are essential to your health," says Prof Ruth Ley, the director of the department of microbiome science at the Max Planck Institute, "your body isn't just you". No matter how well you wash, nearly every nook and cranny of your body is covered in microscopic creatures. This includes bacteria, viruses, fungi and archaea (organisms originally misclassified as bacteria). The greatest concentration of this microscopic life is in the dark murky depths of our oxygen-deprived bowels. Prof Rob Knight, from University of California San Diego, told the BBC: "You're more microbe than you are human." Originally it was thought our cells were outnumbered 10 to one. "That's been refined much closer to one-to-one, so the current estimate is you're about 43% human if you're counting up all the cells," he says. But genetically we're even more outgunned. The human genome - the full set of genetic instructions for a human being - is made up of 20,000 instructions called genes. But add all the genes in our microbiome together and the figure comes out between two and 20 million microbial genes. Prof Sarkis Mazmanian, a microbiologist from Caltech, argues: "We don't have just one genome, the genes of our microbiome present essentially a second genome which augment the activity of our own. "What makes us human is, in my opinion, the combination of our own DNA, plus the DNA of our gut microbes."

Hmm. Science also said that a percent od our DNA is "alien" or designed out of this world in such a way in such a tough program they can't decode. But yeah lots to learn about our DNA still.

Sounds interesting, source? Consider how universe could be a complex system when a small creature like human is still full of undiscovered things.

We are living in a time when 95% of the world's population believes in a higher power or Supreme Being. More than half of the 95% refer to the power as "God".
Gregg Braden spent twelve years of research leading to the writing of The God Code. The book is based on the fact that the basic elements of DNA - hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon translate directly to key letters of both the Hebrew and Arabic alphabets and that in both alphabets they spell the name of God. According to Bragg, what this means is that the letters of God's ancient name "are encoded as the genetic formation in every cell, of every life." The message that is revealed when the chemistry of our cells is translated into the letters of ancient Hebrew is "God/Eternal within the body."This message is the same regardless of our race, color, religion or anything else. The author states, "The odds that this relationship has occurred by chance are approximately 1 in 200,000."
Each letter of every alphabet can be linked with a specific number value. The primary Hebrew alphabet (which has been used for at least 3,000 years) has 22 letters, each having a unique sound and number.
In Hebrew, every letter is assigned a number. Within this number code, we were given information about our past and our future. Secrets are encoded in these Hebrew letters and the hidden number code in the Hebrew languages offers a link between the worlds of science and spirituality.
The 118 elements, which comprise everything in the physical world, are each assigned properties that are represented by numbers. These qualities of numbers link the elements of our DNA to the letters of the Hebrew alphabet. This means that the bridge between letters and elements is one of numbers. Hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen respectively have number values of 1, 5, and 6.

So pretty much Gregg Bradden found a pattern within DNA code which was then assigned letters which he noticed were similar to a language which Harvard University linguists agreed was aramic, the language which Jesus spoke daily, and the pattern is said to say God Eternal Within The Body, in the first layer of our DNA. They are still working on the other layers. I have not read his book ”The God Code.” If this is true it would be quite profound, and controversial!

By alien I didn't mean the space creatures but meant from an unknown source. I think it shows God made humans because He gave us His image and breath. www.nydailynews.com/life-style/metrospiritual-dna-code-prove-part-alien-article-1.2749097

Hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen respectively have number values of 1, 5, and 6. Interesting!!! Meanwhile, to notice that the Hebrew alphabet (in either the "linear" or the "squareish" script) is an archaic Greek alphabet, close to the Phoenician alphabet and to others in the Middle East. As for the elements of DNA spelling out the name of God, I ask:Is the name in question EL (part of the "Elohim" [Gods] of Genesis-1), or is it Yahveh [I EU E, in one version] of Genesis-2??? I will not waste time on the numerology of the elements in question, since it was accidental that the Greeks, to begin with, used the letters of the alphabet to express numerals [Alpha for 1; Beta for 2; etc.], and since the names of the elements are rather recent and do not include the four elements of antiquity stated by Empedokles or stated in the Vedas of Hindu scriptures.// The mixing of science and myths yields "science fiction".

iirc theres about 5-10% DNA they cant figure out what is in the common human body, we have around 97% in common with monkeys, but we also have 60% DNA in common with bananas in other words, that 3% difference could mean a lot more than you'd think
