Doesn't have to be one medicine to cure all of them but do you think all diseases can be cured with medicine one day?

no, not at all. The pathogens or disease tranmitters also have ability to adapt, and micro organisms also follow the survival of fittest strategy. The best one remains, and the worst one dies. The medicines which we have mainly decimate the worst of the lot.

I doubt it. See how many people die from a specific cancer and how many people survive it. So I think a miraculous medicine may only cures some people.

So cancer might never be stopped?

So cancer might never be stopped? Cancers are a result of several different factors. For example, changing the lifestyle and some of your daily behaviors could prevent some of the cancers. I think scientists could deal with cancer but cancer is a part of human life (not only humans) and it has become more common since the rise of modern life/era.

Yarp, but the correct version is "Thanks mate!" or "Thanks for it, mate!". Maybe I have The Aussie Within. Or I was an Australian in my previous life or in a parallel universe.

Doesn't have to be one medicine to cure all of them but do you think all diseases can be cured with medicine one day? Well, in history there were many diseases and many of them were cured. Relying on this position, I think that the cure will be found. But, it doesn't mean that new diseases won't appear.
