I ran out of characters to put the title in but whatever.
What is y'all's opinion on what is the most "history rich" period of history?
I would have to say The Roman Empire for it's history spans for right near 2000 years, until the fall of Constantinople in 1453, it was then technological power house of it's day (depending upon which part of it's history that is).

All I know is Christianity spread like some sect (which at that point it was) through Roman empire. It also happens that Roman empire went under period of stagnation when the number of Christians started to rise. Yes, when Christianity took over in Europe, the Roman Empire began to fall apart .. but now in Europe there is again a power under one authority! The Forth Reich aka EU
