For me, the answer is NO. It'll depend on the situation like let's say there's a serial killer in your house and he is coming at you holding a sharp knife in his hands. I'll be filled with fear but I guess I would still have that survival instinct in me to protect myself but, anyways would you try to protect yourself or accept death in this particular situation? I think most of the people will at least try to fight back since It's our instinct to protect ourselves from any harm.
I'll happily accept death if it's by any natural cause such as ageing or old age diseases.
What about you guys? Will you happily accept death in whatever form it was given to you?

It's very interesting. It seems we can change the mind experiment into 'fighting with own deceases', or even 'to live the next day of ours'.
None has doubts that our lives are always under potential danger: a war, meteorites, the plague, etc. Even our kitchen knives could be lethal for us or our lovers. In this case the answer is self-evident - to live further.
In your described experiment the situation is more complex, because of adrenaline in my vein, and alcohol in my brain... Sorry, just remembered 'Barfly' of Bukovsky. So, there huge role will play instincts, reflections, etc.
Personally me, I would stay stoically to Death; I'd say to a burglar, or a theft: "Finally, my savior has come! Release me from pain and mysery!".

I like to pick how I'd die. In bed, asleep. But we don't choose Sad What are your thoughts on this? XTG

I definitely accept death but of course not in any situation..in scenarios that we may choose to live I would choose to live, if it is out of my hands then I accept. Pretty basic answer for me
