I drink green tea like 3 or 4 times a week AND lemon water almost everyday. I am barely getting results. Why?

its depend on our age n metabolism ..i m doing gym regularly and diet also still not decrease ing much...bt still m continueing to get optimal weight

hmm yeah but my goal was to loose 60 lbs but i lost 20 after changing the way i eat and working out 3 days a week now im stuck just maintaing please advice me on what to do :{
