I honestly don't know how this is better. This is worse. It's not gun control it's letting more guns into the school. Next on the news is school shootings committed from guns that are from staff members (may or may not be staff doing the shooting). facepalm

It's up for grabs to anyone who is inside the school at the time. :(

Restricting guns isn't going to do anything, yes, he may have bought them legally but even if he couldn't get them. He would have got them off the street. Criminals don't care about laws.
