The Garden of Eden is actually given a location in the Bible which corresponds to the fertile crescent of Mesopotamia. However, I think that the flood destroyed the Garden just as it had destroyed everything else.

Some other churches don't think it was real but metaphorical or something facepalm

I would think the Garden of Eden got complety drowned and covered with water and sediment during the flood.
I think the rivers in Mesopotamia area with same names from Eden were named after...and were entirely different rivers following the catastrophic upheaval of the entire world. The geography and geology would all have been massively rearranged.
They would have landed who knows how far from original start location after floating for that long.
I don't think Eden or the Tree of Life are accessible any longer.

Would you go to it? I don't plan to. With that angel put there it's not meant for visitors. Do you believe that there was Eden on the Earth? Or you think that the Garden was metaphysically? I mean according to Bible 'loosing the Earth' could be interpreted as 'falling on to an earth/a planet'. I think that the Earth was lost. So, there might be the real Earth; we're just living within illusions. And if it is true, than Christianity is really close to the modern science, and some other Eastern religions.

Yes, think we had it. Then God said He closed the place and put an angel to guard it so we couldn't return because of our sinful nature. Shrug

But I'd prefer former version of mine; it's more adopted for everyone. Anyway, I think that it is also possible. I don't know how exactly it is, but I think it's possible.

ElizabethAs far as I consider the Garden of Eden a Biblical myth, the Deluge was described in plenty of different cultures' mythologies. There are some theories regarding it being a historical event.

So with thinking myth, would you be the first to checkout the under water location if you had the opportunity? I'd be too scared, to be honest. Shrug

What about a submarine to check it out?
