I just finished a large project for my software engineering degree

It allows people to draw historical borders onto a map and, once verified, those borders can be seen by anyone and put down interesting events that define that point in time in history.
If any users are interested just click release and download the msi.
If any developers are here i'd appreciate an idea of the comment and documentation standards as I think they're pretty good but i'm obviously biased.
