What are the ones to avoid to not gain wait or ones to eat if you wish to gain wait?

carbohydrates, fats and sugar and protein. Mind you, your body needs all these elements but if you take them in excess, you are likely to get fat only if your body is ready for that. I know that some people do not get fat whatever they do>

Yes, I don't get fat whatever I do. I noticed me and Mortimer have a lot of favorite foods but he's on a diet to lose weight and I'm still eating xD
