Yes and no. You could be considered normal by not having any serious psychological things going on that can interfere in your life. But in terms of as a whole, no one is fully normal because...what is normal?

You can, in theory, have a person average in all aspects. In reality though, there are so many aspects that the probability of such a person existing is nearly zero.

Are all the people who do not show psychological disorders symptoms really normal? What is normal as you have asked. this the question doesn't seem to have an answer.

I meant that like those who don't have things like PTSD, bipolar disorder, and things like there are generally the healthy and normal population as people might define it I think. But in reality what is really normal is the question.

For example, an absolutely normal person smokes. This is normal? This is a rather philosophical question of the type - What was before? Chicken or egg? -

I don't think a normal person smokes. People who turn to drugs and stuff like that are usually depressed and all.

Where I live now, it is a little unusual to smoke, but you do see it every so often. Where I was born, you pretty much never see it. I've been to other places too where a lot of people smoke.

Is the smoking place doing worse than the nonsmoking place. As in economically or some way?

Oddly though, the people in the old place smoking tended to be old people but here it's young people...

..Well, this is very hard question.
For example, let it be a person with physically normal functioning, and his mind works within rational area (i).
But what about a society place? What about the place in history of this person (ii)?..
As for me, a person can be described as normal only in (i).
But even in case (i) 'normality' means 'within some limits'.
So, the full answer, probably, should be like that: if there's the purpose of the existence of humanity (the point P), then any action that leads us to the point P and associated characteristics we should have, would be 'normal'.
