I already work out but I still have a belly. It's not big bug I want to see my abs. >_< I know that you have to avoid sugary drinks but what about foods? I weight 160 lbs and I'm 5' 10". Someone here told me to eat protein but I don't know what foods to eat. And what specific foods should I avoid? I eat a lot of sandwhiches, tbh.

From my experience, avoid processed sugar. Focus on vegetables and lean meats. I'm not a doctor though, so good thing to ask one.

Good protein sources- Chicken, Eggs, Turkey, Steak, Tuna, Salmon, Cottage Cheese, Greek Yogurt, and Protein Powder.
Avoid- Fried foods, processed sugar, white bread, pasta, candy, cookies, obvious stuff, and anything that says it has fructose syrup.

I'd say concentrate just on water. That's all. Tea and water. 199% diet.
And also, watermelons, carrots, lemons, apples - of course, - all the day; cornflakes with milk, eggs, any light porridge - in da morning; a cup of hot light soup or smth hot meal - afternuun; tea, water or nothing - in tha evenin'.
Without sports any diets will be nothing. Run, run again, run again and run again. Walk all the time. Never use a car or an elevator.
