Honour means a lot to me, one of a few things i can die for, actually. It is ability life up to human expectation of something ideal / "high" (abstract ideal of warrior, soldier, merchant or shcolar) and / or to fight for something abstract (new scientific theory, security of country, defense of you love one's) in short, in my understanding. Both GOOD and BAD thing for humanity, but neverless very interesting.

1) Honor is to be proud of smth relating to smth else: every human x, prouds of y, relating to z. I can be proud of the book, because (=relating) I've bought it. 2) Honor is an obligatory action, for example: 'you should defense your country!'. So, in this context 'he has honor of the action' equals 'he defenses the country'.
