. I think that calling him "a teenager" is like reducing his responsibility of committing this terrible action. the term "teenager" should not be used at all and instead he should be labelled either "child" or "man" and as long as he is fully aware of the consequences of his action and that he arranged for it beforehand, he should be responsible for his actions legally and socially. this does not understimate the fact that the family and the society should take special care of this dangerous segment.
