I'm interested to collect some mind experiments where time is a central problematic theme.
I know one of such experiment (poorly, I have no name of it). To do it you need to imagine that neither a tiniest particle in the universe, nor a smallest things is moving; everything has stopped. There can't be no plainest steps, no moves, no traces, nothing at all like that. The question is: can we say that in such "stuck universe" time exists?

karl I beg your pardon, that I haven't answered your comment. I'll try to do it later. Your and xxxxxxxxx's comments are required more concentration, so if you don't mind it'd be better for me to work on thought here.
Don't worry about it. My answer became more mathematical than I had originally planned. If you're not familiar with the language of mathematicial analysis, then it is a bit silly for me to use that language in this discussion, but it was difficult to avoid since you were referring to "total induction". I will try, however, in future replies, try to avoid using mathematical terms as far as I can make my points without them.

No, it's okay. I can't say whether I am well get along with math analysis (or math in general), but I think I can handle it. I meant that I want to concentrate to answer, not just type something. At the time, I'm dealing with some forums, and some current works, so it's not easy to put my attention correctly. Thanks.
