I eat meat but I can't be the one to prepare it. So as long as I don't see the animal killed and then made into a meal...I'm ok. Otherwise, I will get pale...and..yeah...I'm weird

Haha you Indian, I know that in India cow is sacred animal. But I am not fan of beef as well, such meat is too hard for me, prefer pork and chicken. Chicken eggs are very useful too, ~ 6 gram of protein in each + rich amino acid set Pork and chicken is the best! You're talking about Salo Yes ?

No, muscles can be developed without meat also. However, meat helps with rapid weight loss. Haha you Indian, I know that in India cow is sacred animal. Pork and chicken is the best! You're talking about Salo Yes ? Haha no, about pork meat. Pig's lard can be a good source of oleic acid though. Vegetable protein has a lower percentage of assimilation by organism, 40-70% compared to 90-100% of animal protein, it means that it need more food to get the same amount of protein. Soy protein in addition rises estrogens (female hormones) in males which is not preferable. That's why herbivores often larger of predators, they need a sophisticated processing system to eat a lot of grass. Meanwhile predators are getting all useful amino acids & energy from meat Manul is smart, to be furry manul eats ptarmigan's meat

But I know one thing. My ancestors, before getting into the domain of a philosophy of subcontinent, actually were meat eaters. In fact, there's a tradition, which usually was done by the warrior or war lords, sacrificing a goat. but long time back, these indian people conspired by creating fake shits like buddhism, jainism, and other such religious stuff, and got such warrior culture banned long time back. Now we just cut rice cake. . This downfall really don't get along with me well now. In fact, I am an inbreed, and I hate indians more than ever, not that I really liked them anyways.

I really felt the disadvantanges of being a vegetarian when I stayed in UK.
I mean, it's not easy to sustain in harsher conditions just being a veggie. Besides, it adds to lethargy.
At least, I ensured I end up smoking and drinking.
Next visit, and beef also. Because, I don't want to die.

Or you don't really believe that?
