Let's talk about anger? What is it? Is it good for you or not? How do you cope with such negative emotions as anger?

I'll probably be angry if I do not have these new smiles soon!

It’s a human emotion that is brought upon by other emotions. Generally there are other emotions underlying. It’s a natural reaction to things criticism, threats, and other things that make us feel stressed, threatened, jealous, and so on. I think anger can be both good and bad. I have found it to be both benifical and a hinderece at different points in life. Many times anger would (and still does) motivate me to push my self harder when working out or training. It has come in handy in situations were I was faced with physical threats.

Anyway it is dangerous to show your anger on another person! Especially close person ! It is better to keep this emotion to yourself!

I just wanted to use that smiley. But for my complete answer yeah for me anger unusually is good. When people and places disappoint me then I make better things happen and come out happier than before. That's how Arktos happened after all.

I'd say it is impossible, and probably unhealthy, to never get angry. It is how you decide to respond to that anger that makes a world of difference.

It's normal unless you're a always-angry person or you become angry in almost every situation.

I say this from experience living with a family that's forced me to be basically emotionally stunted: It's WAY more dangerous to force yourself to hide your anger than express it in some way. You can't hold it in forever, so it's better to express it in a safe manner than wait for it to explode out.
Though it's the same thing for all emotions anyway.

"When one has been angry for a very long time, one gets used to it. And it becomes comfortable, like... like old leather. And finally... becomes so familiar that one can't ever remember feeling any other way."

Feeling of angry becomes a part of character. Angriness freezes and shapes a polar cap at the peak of the 'Arktos'. Abuser is needed to be broken.

Anger can act as a motivator, or even a catalyst per se, in order for things to be accomplished. However, anger itself isn't absolutely good or necessarily bad either; allowing yourself to experience anger and using it healthily is what matters the most.

I try to use it as a motivator to accomplish things.
