Let's say we'd got an ability to time travel for short distances: fifteen minutes back or forward. Then we could spot these: 15 minutes before most of properties of anything were weak, but with each minute they got stronger and stronger. 15 minutes forward we also could spot weak properties, however this time they got weaker and weaker.
So, what could it be, if this would be like that? It might be that the existence was where every property is enough strong to be a property. Imagine an unfinished bridge. Until it's done we can't move over it, so we have to wait for each detail of it to be fit precisely. As soon as the bridge is finished it becomes existing. As soon as it becomes broken, it stop existing.
