Any theories are just shorter ways. Their function is to make less steps, to organize, or to systematize the objects. But if you are a worm you don't need in any theories, you're living your life crawling and eating. Must say there are plenty of people all over the planet whose lives aren't so far from those worms existence.
Intelligent ones are proud to know the shorter ways. They have privileges to those areas, where the food or treasures can be achieved easier. They're tricksters. It's like a big hound that growls and barks at the smaller ones to scare them, and to satisfy itself with plenty of food. People's case isn't so different.
But whatever those experts try to sure you in, if you check out the words of them on your experience, nobody else is reassure you in the opposite. (Except for the cases, when the people are too naive and trustworthy.) The experts might be lying to you. If they really know something, why should they tell you how things are?
