We cannot exist as opposite of the totality as our existence is part of totality, otherwise it would not be the totality. The totality is everything.

What that 'totality' is? I see many English-speakers use it, but I cannot get it. I can use the same "everything" and "totality". I don't understand the difference.

It is "everything"....both are synonyms. Can 'everything' means something in general, while 'totality' means something as being united? Sometimes it seems like totality means necessary existence of all the things.
