I don't know, but can't say that I gonna believe this. Especially there said that fbi uses their measurement techniques. (I hate any fbi, one day they'll gone. The system of castes of theira is antihuman racism.)
What about Helena Keller or Olga Skorohodova – blind&deaf writers and scientists? What about those famous and very intelligent people who has the eyes problems?
Perhaps, another article to amuse boring employees.

During the testing, there was a dim light in the room. But then, given the truth of the correlation, a bright light would make all tested people more intelligent, at least temporarily, which raises the question, is INTELLIGENCE a person's inherent, constant, ability, or is it temporarily activated by the amount of light, or, perhaps, sound, or some ingested food or drink?

Exactly. This is why I never take scientists too seriously. Academic EunuchsTheir college education is work without pay; it is for teenagers who are afraid to grow up. That blockage of personality development minimizes and blocks their mental ability. Second, they are graded on how well they ape what their professors tell them. That shrink-wraps their minds and makes them robotic.
