I am writing this small guide in a nutshell for people to skim through what does weight and muscle gaining process look like:
There are variations regarding lean body, muscular and the bulky body. Thus for the beginners following the below points is highly recommended :
Eat enough calories - This will let your metabolism boost faster and testosterone are produced within the body which is helpful for gaining strength.
Eat sufficient high-quality protein - Make sure you eat quality stuff which your body is suitable with, otherwise that might leave some negative impact on your body including inner damage.
Fuel your workouts with carbohydrate and creatine - Taking protein is a no harm, but it should be taken in certain amount which depends upon the amount of calories consumed. I recommend aiming to lose just a pound or two per week for the most sustainable weight loss. To lower your calories by 3,500 to 7,000 a week, you'll need to shoot for a 500 to 1,000 calorie deficit each day. You can do this all through diet, exercise, or a combination of the two.
Don't let stress ruin your muscle-building goals! - Remember that you ain't doing workout for your boss or your any relative. It is for your betterment only. If you can't fetch a little time for yourself, you are expert at making excuses.
Be smart and choose the most effective muscle building exercises - There are ample of guides on Internet which tell you workout routine, you can take any one of them for reference.
Don't burn away your muscle gains with too much cardio. - Cardio is just a warm up thingy, not real exercise. It should be done for a particular time only and not during exercise time.
