I mean when you are sad and depressed, or you're in a stressful situation, how do you manage it? Or when your mind is full of negative thoughts, how do you deal with them? How do you restore your positive side?

I usually might watch a movie or read. Snacks with movies or reading helps even more But I'm generally a positive person so can just restore it naturally within several minutes. Only for tough cases might need chocolate or chips and movie/book xD
