Let's talk about anger? What is it? Is it good for you or not? How do you cope with such negative emotions as anger?

Anger is evil, rage, and therefore sin! Anger by itself isn't sin. It's only if you do bad things when angry then it's sin. But people can be angry still. " Be angry, yet do not sin." Do not let the sun set upon your anger. Ephesians 4:26

Do not let the sun set upon your anger. Ephesians 4:26 Therefore, rejecting a lie, speak truth every one to your neighbor, because we are members of each other. 26th If you are angry, do not sin: do not let the sun go down in your anger; 27th and do not give place to the devil. 28 Who steal, do not steal ahead, but rather work hard, making your own hands useful, that was from what to give to the needy. 29 Let no rotten word come out of your mouth, but only that which is good for edification in faith, that it may bring grace to those who hear. thirty And do not offend the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you are sealed on the day of redemption. 31 Let all irritation and fury, and anger, and screaming, and speaking with all malice be removed from you;
32 but be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4

That's what I said. The verse I posted says you can be angry as long as you don't sin but to eventually remove that anger because it can cause you possibly to sin even though anger itself isn't sin.

I didn't say anything different. Hmm...it's good to remove the things which can cause you to sin but they are not sin yet can cause sin if not dealt with.
