Intentional Ethnicity

In my most grandiose moments, I imagine doing something like the Puritans did in the Massachusetts bay colony. Finding some piece of land somewhere and creating a shining city upon a hill based on my own Christian conservative values. I always imagine it somewhere in Africa where there is an abundance of land, many poor people to buy it from, and a climate that suits me. Basically do what the Jews did with Israel, create a Christian Zion where persecuted Christians from anti-Christian authoritarian countries and people sick to death of the cancerous values pushed by nearly every country on the face of the planet to escape to. I would also focus on sending missionaries out to the rest of the world to spread the religion. As the Bible says there is neither Jew nor Greek in the kingdom of God and Christians are one holy nation and in biblical times the word nation meant approximately what the word ethnicity means today. I expect that the people of this new country would intermarry and soon become genetically homogenous like many ethnic groups and newcomers to the country would be religiously similar and interbreed with the core group, a happy accident.

The Puritans failed in their mission to create their Calvinist utopia due to their connection to the British empire and later the rest of the United States and secularized into the progressive utopians that plague the United States to this day. They succeeded in creating a genetically interrelated group and on a map of how Americans cluster together genetically they are there clear as day in the Northeast, Upper Midwest, Utah, and the West Coast. The Puritans became a genetically distinct ethnic group known in times past as Yankees but they did not retain their Christian values. I think that it is more important to retain the values you want to have in your society than to create a genetically homogenous group. So having an independent state with hard borders and only allowing people who share your values to immigrate and having a media, educational, and cultural system within the state to propagate your values among your people would be more ideal than creating some genetic race. Most Jews on whom you are basing this concept are secular after all and not very Jewish in values.

And since you will ask about New England Yankees being a large distinct genetic group to this day I will show you what I mean.

The Northeast and Utah genetic cluster are the descendants of Puritans and later immigrants they intermarried with and genetically assimilated and besides Utah which has kept its Mormon faith (a Yankee cult that originated from the Burnt Over District of New York see link) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burned-over_district they are the most left leaning areas of the country.

Jewish values are Talmudic values, not Old Testament values. Belief in God is unimportant here, only belief in the rabbis matters. So most Jews have Jewish values.

I think my system tests both genetics and values. People without religious values are unlikely to invest the effort to learn a scripture. And I make it easier than Judaism for people to leave (marry out). In fact this is the flaw in all land-based nations/ethnicities, that they don't have an effective way to get rid of those who don't belong.

I can't believe it's possible for a group of people no matter they intentions are to live separately. Globalization comes with a fierce force and it smashes all the ethnicities. Unfortunately, last glimpses of ethnicities faints in these ashes of the world.

Perhaps, there would be some way out, but how to find them if no free good lands are left? Global citizenship is greed in its destruction to spoil every single piece of territory. It is a monster with a non-human face, but it's been feeded by some people.
