Fast-forward to about 10:30 to see the actual T-shaped rocks, but it seems that such constructs were fairly common-place
at that time... inductively we have to see that there are most likely many such undiscovered ancient sites
pre-dating the western establishment narrative considerably.
... then there are those giant monoliths in Russia too...

Yeah, I've heard of it something. Not widely, because - u n f o r t u n a t e l y (I've been always wanted to get some more deep knowledge in this field - about geology or archeology, because I consider it as a searching for something mysterious, something interesting to investigate, and so on.) - I'm not familiar with this subject.
Anyway, recently I saw video (and didn't save it) about some very old rocks in Ukrainian territory (I guess I'm so wasted that I don't remember where those rocks were located.) I guess it's possible that some types of the rocks with which the Stonehenge was built.
At the same time, I can't say anything for certain not knowing the subject enought.

This is pretty close to Göbekli Tepe, many such places I would imagine. The totem found in Göbekli Tepe has a very strong similarity found in a Siberian totem, if I'm not mistaken. I believe it to be ANE (Ancient North Eurasian) people. Very impressive and mind-boggling.
Reminds me of the Denisova cave findings. With the bracelet that was made with drill technology long before it was thought possible. It's very unfortunate we don't research this.
