You have brown fat on you however the visual that you see is the white fat which is usually the predominant form of adipose tissue on the human body and is held subcutaneously which is why it is more noticeable . the fact that your always cold is most likely do to a low metabolism and hormone imbalance .

Hormone imbalance maybe...but my metabolism is fast. I can't ever gain any weight even :(

Hormone imbalance maybe...but my metabolism is fast. I can't ever gain any weight even :( Usually hormones are to blame and if your a female then the odds of that being the case are even higher. I was shocked back when i was a personal trainer when i realized that 80% of my female clients had a hormone imbalance and were on some form of HRT it is a red flag to me but of course the medical industry does a good job at keeping things hush hush
